We are often accused of not believing all of the Bible, especially verses that speak of receiving the Holy Spirit. Understanding that the statement Peter made in Acts 2:38 was not universal is vital to understanding this matter.
The Pentecostals say that this "gift of the Holy Spirit" is for everyone when they are saved. We show that everyone did not receive this gift then, so they certainly could not receive it now.
